Your systems should be monitored over the course for a month or longer to be truly Optimized due to different loads Cycles i.e. end of month, time sheets, end of fiscal year, sales cycles etc.

Do I Have To Sign a Long Term Contract
Of course we would like you to sign up for years but no one company wants or needs to get locked into a long-term contract. ALL of our agreements have a 90 day out with written notice. We are so confident that you will be more than satisfied with our customer service and technical abilities.

- System Tuning and Stabilization: Tuning SAP® buffers - Kernel patches - Basis Support packages applications - Database Patches - OS Patches and SAP® notes pertaining to performance and system stability as recommended by SAP® - Recommending Backup and Recover Procedures.
- Knowledge Transfer – Provide internal personal with the skills to become self sufficient in maintaining your landscape.
